Adobe to Acquire Content Management Technology Developer Day Software
July 28, 2010 — Adobe Systems Incorporated has entered into a definitive agreement to launch a public tender offer to buy all of the publicly held registered shares of Day Software for a total of approximately 255 million Swiss francs (about $240 million at the current exchange rate).
