October 13, 2011 – Private equity firm ABRY Partners announced on Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of web hosting provider Xand Corporation. This acquisition comes two months after ABRY Partners and Berkshire Partners acquired colocation firm The Telx Group. According to the press release, Xand has experienced solid growth and expansion and its acquisition by ABRY Partners will help continue this trend.
