February 8, 2012 — Major Internet service providers, home networking equipment manufacturers, and web companies around the world are participating in the Internet Society’s upcoming World IPv6 Launch where they will permanently enable IPv6 for their products and services by June 6. Last year’s World IPv6 Day was a success, with no problems reported from the more than 400 participating web hosts and content providers.

Web Host Go Daddy Sees Record Mobile Traffic on Super Bowl Sunday

February 6, 2012 — Web hosting provider Go Daddy broke its own records for sales on during Super Bowl and for its best mobile website traffic ever, according to an announcement on Monday. The ads, “Body Paint” and “Cloud”, helped Go Daddy pass the 10 million customer mark during the Super Bowl broadcast.
