May 26, 2011 – Web host Intermedia has been acquired by private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners, according to an announcement on Thursday. Oak Hill Capital also announced that Phil Koen, former CEO of Savvis Inc, has been named chairman and CEO of Intermedia.
