Citrix Acquires Open Source Cloud Developer Cloudcom

July 12, 2011 — Cloud technology provider Citrix announced on Tuesday that it has completed the acquisition of open source cloud software developer Cloud.com. The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. This news comes a week after Cloud.com named Christian Reilly vice president of enterprise solutions.

Investment Firm DH Capital Closes Ashburn Virginia Data Center Deal

May 18, 2011 — Internet infrastructure investment firm DH Capital announced on Wednesday that it has closed data center operator DBT-DATA’s purchase of a data center in Ashburn, Virginia and the leasing of this property to RagingWire.
