Symantec Takes 40 Percent of EV SSL Market Share in Netcraft Report

January 9, 2012 — Security provider Symantec announced on Monday that it achieved the largest overall SSL certificate growth, with gain of 10,400 total certificates, according to the January 2012 Netcraft survey. EPA Updates Energy Star Specifications for Data Center Equipment

January 9, 2012 — As the industry works towards improving data center energy efficiency, the US Environmental Protection Agency recently updated the energy efficiency requirements for a handful of Energy Star qualified products and equipment for data centers. The green data center organization has announced new spec processes for UPS, data center storage, and Servers V2.0.
